Return Policy

Digital Files

All products at TPG LIGHTING are downloadable digital files. Because a file cannot be returned once downloaded, we handle refunds differently from a physical store. We still want you to be satisfied, so please read this policy.

When We Will Refund

Contact us within 14 days of purchase if: the file is corrupt or will not open; the file is materially different from its description; you did not receive your download link; or you were charged twice for the same order. We will first try to fix the issue by sending a corrected file or a new link. If we cannot, we will refund the order in full.

When We Cannot Refund

Because digital files can be copied instantly, we cannot refund a purchase simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong file, or the file turned out not to suit your project, once the file has been downloaded successfully and matches its description.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your order number, the email used at checkout and a short description of the problem. Screenshots help. We usually reply within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take several days to show the credit. When a refund is issued, your license to the file ends and you agree to stop using it.
