Agreement

By using tipsterclash.com or buying from TPG LIGHTING LLC ("TPG LIGHTING"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Digital Products

We sell downloadable digital design files (2D and 3D). No physical item is shipped. After payment is confirmed, we email a download link to the address you provided at checkout.

License

When you purchase a file, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in your own design, rendering or production projects. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or upload the original files, alone or in a bundle, to any marketplace, file-sharing site or library. All intellectual property rights remain with TPG LIGHTING and its creators.

Orders and Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. You are responsible for providing a valid email address, since your download link is sent there.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use our files in unlawful ways.

Disclaimer and Liability

Files are provided "as is". We take care to make them accurate and usable, but we do not guarantee they suit every purpose, software version or project. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the file concerned.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

We may update these terms at any time; the version posted here applies to your use of the site.
